Twilight shoots can help your listing stand out from the crowd and impress your homeowner as well. However, not all properties are ideal for twilight photos—homes with well-maintained exteriors, outdoor lighting, or large windows with bright interior lighting tend to photograph best.

How Twilight Shoots Work

• Scheduled Separately – Because twilight photos must be taken at sunset, they require a separate appointment from your main photo shoot.

• Pricing – $210 + sales tax.

• Delivery – You’ll receive 10-15 professionally edited twilight photos within 2 business days. A mix of ground and drone.

How to Schedule Your Twilight Shoot

1. Email us at admin@middlecoastmediahouse.com with the property address and your top 3 preferred dates.

2. We’ll confirm the best date and time based on sunset. Arrival time will be approximately 20 minutes before sunset to prepare.

3. Lighting preparation – If someone is home, please turn on all interior & exterior lights and open blinds. If the home is vacant, we can handle this with a lockbox or garage code.

4. Shooting window – The session lasts about 15 minutes, capturing a variety of angles from both the ground and air.

5. Delivery timeline – Photos will be edited and delivered within 2 business days (e.g., a Tuesday shoot will be delivered by Thursday). Rush delivery may be available but is not guaranteed.

Optional Twilight Video Add-On

If you’ve already ordered a property video on your main shoot and want twilight clips included, we can capture them. However, due to the short shooting window, we’ll need to bring a second videographer, which will incur an additional charge.
