Exterior Only

Our exterior-only shoot includes up to 15 photos. We shoot a mix of ground and drone showing the whole property front and back. If you have preferences on what types of shots you would like, you can leave them in the notes section at the bottom of our booking portal.

Also includes:

• Blue sky replacements

• Lot lines drawn on drone photos

• Free uploading to the mls

• Next business day delivery

Some things to remember:

Drone photography can only be done on days with no rain or snow. If we are unable to complete the drone photography and need to return, there will be an additional fee. If drone photography is important to you, you may want to reschedule.

We deliver what we deem to be an appropriate amount of photos for your listing, but we always shoot a few extra. If you would like, you can purchase extra photos for a fee of $4 per photo.

Saturday delivery is available for an additional $75. This fee covers a team member’s time on Saturday morning.

Floor plans include up to 5,000 total square feet. Larger homes are billed at $25 per additional 2,500 square feet, added after the shoot if applicable.

All media is delivered through your Middle Coast account, which keeps everything organized in one place so it is easy to download.

For Flex MLS uploads, please select Middle Coast as the preferred photographer when creating your listing. Listings can be incomplete, delayed, or active, but must be created and have Middle Coast selected by the day before the shoot so we can complete uploads immediately the next morning.If you’d like your listing video uploaded to the MLS, simply provide us with an embeddable link—uploading the video to your YouTube channel and sharing the embed link with us is the easiest option.

There is no cancellation fee as long as you cancel or reschedule before we have left our office and are headed to your shoot. If you need to cancel or reschedule after we are on our way, there may be a fee to cover our travel time.
