We’ve got the whole property covered — inside and out!

We follow a consistent shot list to make sure nothing gets missed. You’ll receive a copy when you book, and if you have any special requests, just drop them in the notes section of the booking form. Or, if you’re planning to meet us at the shoot, feel free to walk us through what you'd like! To help keep things smooth for everyone — especially the seller — we don’t move items during the shoot. We’ll gladly adjust blinds and turn on lights, though! If anything needs to be moved, please have it done before we arrive, or plan to be on-site to help with those adjustments. All photos come with blue skies on the exteriors and digital fires in the fireplace for no extra charge. We don’t count photos, instead we give you the appropriate amount to cover the space. Please do your best when booking to put in an accurate livable square footage count so we have enough time at the shoot.
